Matomo (formerly Piwik)

This Website uses the open-source web analytics service Matomo, which uses cookies. These are text files that are stored on your computer and that allow an analysis of the use of the Website by you. For this purpose, the information generated by the cookie about the use of this Website is stored on our server. The IP address is anonymized before it is stored.

The data you provide in the contact form is retained until you request its deletion, revoke your consent for its storage, or the purpose for its storage no longer pertains (e.g. after fulfilling your request). Any mandatory statutory provisions, especially those regarding mandatory data retention periods, remain unaffected by this provision.


Processing of data (customer and contract data)

Personal data is only collected, processed, and used insofar as it is necessary to establish, or modify legal relationships. This is done based on Art. 6 (1) (b) of the EU DSGVOGDPR, which allows the processing of data to fulfill a contract or for measures preliminary to a contract. Your personal data when accessing the Website is collected, processed and used only to the extent required to enable you to access the service or to bill you for the same.


Collected customer data shall be deleted after completion of the order or termination of the business relationship. Legal retention periods remain unaffected.


Sharing of Personal Data

Your data will not be sold or shared with other third parties, with the following exceptions:

    • To protect the integrity and security of the Website; and

Children

If it is learned that personal data from a child under 13 years of age has been collected, the personal data will be deleted as soon as possible. If a child under 13 years of age has provided personal data, their parent or guardian may contact the owner and operator of the Website.

Changes and Updates

This Privacy Policy may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the data collection process. When this Privacy Policy is amended, the date at the top of this Privacy Policy will be updated.
